Your
first
class.
Everyone in every room was new once. Here's everything we wish someone had told us before we walked in.
Pack light.
Yourself, water, and clothes you can move in. That's genuinely it.
-
01
Comfortable clothes
Anything you can bend and stretch in. No special kit needed. Leggings, shorts, a T-shirt.
-
02
Water
A bottle you can sip from quietly. We have a refill station at every studio.
-
03
Nothing else (really)
Mats and props are free to borrow. We wash them like we mean it. Shoes come off at the door.

For Hot 26 only: a towel
The room runs a steady 95F. A towel for your mat and one for you. Everything else is the same.
Three things that help.
The details that make the first day easier.
Arrive fifteen minutes early
First time only. We'll show you the room, the props, and where the bathroom is. Those are the big three. After that, you know the place.
Not flexible? Perfect.
You're the target audience. Flexibility is a result, not a requirement. Everyone modifies. The teachers will show you how.
Book if you can
It takes twenty seconds and guarantees your mat. Walk-ins are welcome when the room isn't full. Hot 26 fills fast.
Where to begin.
Four classes that are genuinely good for first-timers. The Beginners Series is the front door; Restorative is the soft landing.
Beginners Series
Four weeks, small group, zero assumed knowledge. Learn the shapes, the names, and how to set up your mat without guessing. With Marcus. Book the series, not a single class.
Vinyasa Flow
Breath-led movement that builds heat and ends quiet. Our most popular class. Options offered throughout so you can dial it up or down.
Restorative
Props, blankets, and almost no effort. The class your nervous system has been asking for. A genuinely kind entry point if you're not sure where to start.
Yin
Long, supported holds that work the deep tissue. Three minutes can be a long time in the best way. Quieter and more floor-based than Vinyasa.
